• "Sukool," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the Sukool platform and its operators
• "Service" refers to the Sukool platform, website, and all related services
• "School" or "You" refers to the educational institution using our Service
• "Content" refers to all information, files, and materials posted on Sukool
• "School Page" refers to your school's public subdomain (schoolname.sukool.site)

2. Description of Service

Sukool is a public digital presence platform designed for educational institutions. We provide schools with:

• A public subdomain (schoolname.sukool.site)
• Tools to post announcements and share files
• Article and content publishing capabilities
• Contact forms and communication tools
• File storage and directory organization
• Automated notification features (on applicable plans)

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Sukool is intended for use by legitimate educational institutions. By registering, you represent that:

• You are an authorized representative of a real educational institution
• You have the authority to bind your school to these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

4. Public Nature of Content

4.1 Prohibited Content

You must NOT upload:

• Student grades, academic records, or performance evaluations
• Personal identification information (IDs, passports, etc.)
• Financial information, payment details, or banking data
• Medical records or health information
• Private contact details that should not be public
• Social security numbers or government IDs
• Sensitive disciplinary records
• Any other confidential or private information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload is appropriate for public access and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Sukool to:

• Share public announcements and school news
• Distribute educational materials and resources
• Publish articles about school activities and achievements
• Provide timetables, forms, and other public documents
• Communicate with students, parents, and the community

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate other schools or organizations
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes unrelated to education
• Scrape or systematically collect data from the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Content Ownership and License

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. However, by uploading content to Sukool, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content publicly
• Distribute your content to visitors of your School Page
• Make technical copies for backup and operation purposes
• Use anonymized data from your content to improve our services

6.2 Our Right to Use Data

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your content to:

• Improve and develop new features for Sukool
• Conduct research and analytics
• Create usage statistics and reports
• Optimize platform performance
• Develop AI/ML models to enhance our services

We will not use your content in a way that identifies your specific school without your permission, except as necessary to provide the Service.

6.3 Content Removal

You can delete your content at any time through your dashboard. Upon deletion:

• Content will be removed from public view immediately
• Cached or archived copies may persist temporarily
• Third parties may have saved copies while content was public
• Backup copies may be retained for a limited period

7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due in advance for the selected billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• We may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice

7.3 Free Plans

We may offer free plans to eligible schools (such as NGO-funded institutions). These plans are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued with notice.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Technical difficulties
• Circumstances beyond our control

8.2 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from harmful components
• Accuracy or reliability of content

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUKOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from public disclosure of content
• Third-party access to or use of your content
• Any damages exceeding the fees paid in the past 12 months

9.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether content is appropriate for public posting and for all consequences of making content publicly available through Sukool.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sukool, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content or data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your dashboard.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay fees when due
• Your use poses a security or legal risk
• You provide false or misleading information
• We are required to do so by law

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your content will be removed from public view, though we may retain copies as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

The Sukool platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Sukool and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

13. DMCA and Copyright

If you believe content on Sukool infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will investigate and take appropriate action as required by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Pakistan.
